No returns can be accepted without prior approval by Assaypro. Returns of incorrectly ordered items are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Claims regarding suspected deficient product may be made at any time to Assaypro. All claims are subject to investigation by Assaypro before return authorization, replacement or credit.
